Position Overview
As a Team Supervisor at Sully's Steamers Johnson City, you will be instrumental in managing the daily operations of the establishment in accordance with established standards. This role will report directly to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow company policies and service standards to enhance revenue and minimize costs across various sectors such as food, beverages, supplies, utilities, and staffing.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene standards in food handling, overall cleanliness, and maintenance of both kitchen and dining areas. Uphold the restaurant's professional image by maintaining cleanliness, enforcing dress code policies, and ensuring a polished appearance.
  • Ensure adherence to operational protocols, company policies, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Oversee the maintenance of consistent, high-quality food preparation and service.
  • Promote outstanding guest service in all areas. Address customer complaints swiftly and take necessary actions to transform dissatisfied patrons into loyal customers.
  • Provide direction to staff on operational and procedural issues.
  • Supervise employee tasks and facilitate training during shifts.
  • Encourage the growth of team members by offering ongoing feedback and establishing performance expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Google Suite).
  • Experience in various aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, safety protocols, company policies, and team leadership.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check.
