Job Overview:

As a Leasing Consultant at Foundation Communities Inc., you will play a vital role in promoting our community and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Sales Performance:

Your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads, convert them into leases, and consistently meet or exceed leasing and move-in goals. To achieve this, you will need to develop and execute effective sales strategies, leveraging your knowledge of the local market and competition.

A successful Leasing Consultant will be able to present our community's unique selling points, highlighting its amenities, location, and services. They will also be able to communicate effectively with prospective residents, addressing their concerns and needs throughout the leasing process.

Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and marketing background, preferably in property leasing or management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with fair housing laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.

A competitive compensation package is offered, including a salary of $17.00/hour, plus comprehensive benefits such as employer-paid health benefits, 401(k) investment opportunity, Employee Assistance Program, paid vacation, holiday, and sick time.
