Ascension St. Vincent Seton Hospital in Indianapolis, IN:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Registered Nurse in our Step Down ICU (LTAC) department.

About the Role:

  • Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients requiring longer term hospitalization.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective coordination of care with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, promoting seamless transitions to post-acute care settings.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Indiana Registered Nurse licensure.
  • BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

RN ICU/Progressive care experience is highly valued in this role.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary of $83,500 - $103,500 per year, depending on experience.
