Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in locating books and recommend similar authors or titles.
- Organize and shelve books according to operational standards and promotional priorities.
- Maintain store cleanliness and assist with recovery tasks including dusting and organizing merchandise.
- Communicate any inventory issues to management promptly.
- Utilize available resources and peer knowledge to enhance your skills and training.
- Adhere to all cash handling policies and procedures.
- Follow Loss Prevention procedures to minimize shrinkage.
- Stay informed about surrounding businesses within the airport.
- Maintain consistent attendance.

Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse personalities.
- A genuine love for reading and discussing literature.
- Proficient in cash register operations and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Previous experience in cashiering or cash handling is required.
