This position is responsible for supporting routine surgical cases by preparing and maintaining patient equipment and anesthesia delivery systems before, during, and after anesthesia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist anesthesia providers in preparing and maintaining patient equipment and anesthesia delivery systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance on anesthesia equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Restock and clean OR carts to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of equipment, cleaning, storage, and uses to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure anesthesia equipment and supplies are present and up-to-date.
  • Perform other responsibilities as directed by anesthesia providers, which may include clinical duties.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital operating room preparing and maintaining anesthesia equipment and supplies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
