**Job Overview**This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. As a Service Ambassador, you will be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with Guests, inviting them in, seating them, introducing the menu, and answering the phone. You will need to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant Team Members.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload. They should have excellent prioritization skills and be able to remember all Guest requests. Embracing our Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards is essential for this role.
**Responsibilities**- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for Guests
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Operate POS systems and Open Table Software with ease
- Work collaboratively with Team Members to ensure seamless service
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds
