Gallman Consulting is seeking an experienced Lowboy Driver to join our team. As a Lowboy Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading heavy equipment, pipe, and construction supplies to and from project work sites.

Our services include site preparation, reclamation, mass excavation, utilities, landfill, and mining. We serve various markets, including commercial, industrial, municipal, and mining.

- Safely and efficiently load and unload heavy equipment, pipe, and construction supplies.
- Adhere to all company policies, DOT, and MSHA regulations.
- Ability to self-permit or willingness to learn.
- Comply with Federal/State DOT regulations.
- Load securement training.
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks in accordance with DOT and Company standards.
- Clean and maintain truck's equipment and supplies.
- Practice workplace safety.
- Class A CDL.
- At least 3 years of experience handling heavy haul up to 80 tons gross weight.
- Ability to drive in a safe and responsible manner, with a good driving record.
- Adept at learning the basic operation of a wide variety of equipment to load and transport them safely.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Load and unload heavy equipment.
- Ability to read and write to record and maintain daily records.
- Time management skills.
- Valid driver's license with less than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
- Ability to pass drug/alcohol screenings.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Honest and trustworthy.

- Culturally aware and sensitive.
- Flexible.
- Sound work ethics.
- Positive, courteous, and respectful when dealing with the public.
