We are seeking reliable and responsible School Crossing Safety Officers to ensure the safety of children and pedestrians crossing the street on the way to and from school. As a School Crossing Safety Officer, you will be responsible for facilitating safe crossings for students, parents, and school staff at designated locations.
Job Summary:
As a Crossing Guard at All City Management Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of children in your community. You will be responsible for guiding pedestrians across designated intersections or crosswalks, monitoring traffic flow, and communicating effectively with students, parents, and drivers to promote safety.
Duties:
- Safely guide pedestrians across designated intersections or crosswalks
- Monitor traffic flow and stop vehicles as needed to ensure safe crossings
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and drivers to promote safety
- Maintain compliance with all safety practices
- This position often requires short response times to the job site so candidates residing in Pasadena are preferred.
Compensation:
Pasadena School Crossing Guards earn $17.50 per hour. Work 1 hour before school and 1 hour after school and receive 2 bonus hours. If both before and after school shifts are worked, earn $70.00 per day
