Your Role in Making a Positive Impact:
The staff nurse delivers nursing care to patients throughout their lifecycle, employing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. This role operates within the framework of the organization's policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability. The staff nurse is responsible for upholding standards of practice and coordinating patient care activities among all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
BLS certification is required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
For PRN positions:
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Advanced certification in the field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum)
- Nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred
