About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Northern Nevada Medical Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing safe and competent nursing assistant care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete bedside shift reports to ensure seamless communication with the care team.
  • Meet with the supervising RN at the beginning of each shift to receive delegation of tasks.
  • Involves patients and families in care planning, addressing psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs.
  • Follows facility policies and procedures to promote patient safety.
  • Adheres to fall precautions by performing or assisting patients with toileting and ADL care.

Requirements
