Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care, prioritizing individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication with healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, addressing complex needs and concerns.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure, meeting all state board of nursing requirements.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and teamwork.
