Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake a variety of fresh breads and pastries daily, using only the highest-quality ingredients.
  • Maintain our high standards for flavor and quality, ensuring every item that leaves our kitchen meets our exacting standards.
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed to keep our cafe running smoothly.
  • Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust by being a positive influence on your team and guests.
  • Step in and support your manager and team members when needed, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
