About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Engage with guests to build relationships, understand their needs, and offer solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and promotions.
    • Effectively communicate product information to guests, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, services, and loyalty programs to guests.
    • Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
    • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards for customer service, sales, and operations.
Requirements
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge and Sales Skills
    • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product information to guests.
  • Operational Skills
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and maintaining a high level of productivity.
