We are seeking highly motivated individuals to perform residential occupancy verifications on behalf of mortgage lenders. This role involves conducting exterior property inspections and reporting general property conditions using a mobile application.

The purpose of the property inspection is:

  1. To verify property occupancy.
  2. To report on the general condition of the property.

This is a flexible position that allows you to work independently and manage your time effectively. You will be responsible for completing all inspections in your assigned county, with the option to split counties with another inspector if volume permits.
