Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to address all vehicle maintenance requirements
  • Prepare repair orders with clear communication regarding costs and timeframes
  • Maintain exceptional communication, keeping customers informed throughout the service process
  • Collaborate regularly with Technicians and Parts departments to ensure timely service completion
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic in interactions with customers and colleagues
  • Utilize advanced Fixed Operations Technology effectively
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding Customer Service Skills
  • Technologically proficient and eager to learn new systems
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with company policies
