Job Title: Pharmacy In Charge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients.

Provide thorough guidance on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.

Maintain precise records and responsibly manage controlled substances.

Train and mentor pharmacy staff to uphold best practices.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess.

Efficiently handle insurance claims and reimbursements.

Professionally address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

Valid pharmacist license as per state regulations.

Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

3-5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM).

Experience in inventory management and implementing cost-saving measures.

Proven success in managing a pharmacy team effectively.
