What is the Role About?
Our Pest Control Specialists play a crucial front-line role and are integral to our operations. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service of Terminix products to our valued clientele.
What Does a Typical Day Entail?

Equipped with a company vehicle and comprehensive industry training, our Pest Control Specialists travel through the neighborhoods we serve, visiting residential clients and executing requested termite treatments.

Here are some key responsibilities you would undertake daily:

  1. Ensuring that job specifications align with each work order
  2. Preparing the site for treatment
  3. Administering anti-termite treatments to structures in accordance with established schedules, safety protocols, and label instructions
  4. Engaging with customers and clarifying the services rendered
  5. Completing production documentation to record services performed
What Qualifications Are Needed for Success?
  • High school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license
  • Friendly demeanor with a passion for customer interaction
  • Self-driven with a robust work ethic
  • Ability to effectively communicate information to clients
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on safety
  • Basic mathematical skills for service-related calculations
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
  • For safety reasons, Pest Control Specialists must be clean-shaven
