Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology and be licensed to practice in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine students' academic, behavioral, emotional, and social strengths and needs.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to improve students' academic and social-emotional functioning.
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments and support student success.
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed.
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavior support, mental health awareness, and academic achievement.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active Massachusetts State School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for assessment, intervention, and consultation in schools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
