Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at J. Jill. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building customer loyalty, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and genuinely, re-engaging appropriately as needed

• Build customer loyalty by creating genuine connections with customers

• Guide customers to looks that flatter their figure

• Assist customers in building great wardrobes by providing guiding, helpful service and advice

• Replenish the sales floor according to minimum product level standards

• Assist with floor set execution and ongoing re-merchandising of store displays

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ year of retail sales experience preferred
