Administrative Support:
Each physician is paired with a qualified R.N. or M.A. to assist during shifts, ensuring optimal patient care and efficient workflow. Our pediatricians do not participate in C-section coverage.
Electronic Medical Records (EMR):
We utilize an integrated EMR system, combining Athena for clinic operations and McKesson Paragon for hospital services, facilitating seamless communication and patient management.
Work Schedule:
The anticipated work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Our practice also features a dedicated phone line for parental inquiries, ensuring that families receive timely support.
Patient Volume:
Our average daily patient load is shared among three providers, encompassing a diverse mix of cases.
On-Call Duties:
Physicians typically work four days per week, with the office open on Saturdays for urgent care needs. On-call responsibilities are rotated every fourth night and weekend.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive base salary complemented by a production bonus structure based on RVUs. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, disability coverage, retirement plans, profit-sharing opportunities, malpractice insurance, and more. Additionally, we provide generous sign-on and relocation incentives.
