This role involves providing comprehensive medication management for a diverse panel of children and adolescents. The responsibilities include:

  • Medication Management: Conducting 15-minute medication checks alongside 45-60 minute psychiatric evaluations, managing a caseload of 18-20 patients daily.
  • Clinical Care: Delivering clinical services including medication management and psychiatric evaluations to assist patients in meeting their care plan objectives.
  • Care Transitions: Ensuring seamless transitions of care with external providers, including Article 31 facilities and hospitals.
  • Quality Monitoring: Reviewing case records to uphold and enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Community Engagement: Working within a community health setting, addressing the mental health needs of a full age range of patients with a varied caseload.
