  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, particularly with PEGA business process management.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership.
  • Possession of a PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) certification is mandatory.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $152,000 - $208,581 annually.
