About the Opportunity:

The successful Cleaner is a proactive, reliable individual with a positive demeanor and strong communication abilities. You will thrive in a dynamic setting, ensuring that the vessels and facilities are maintained in pristine condition and ready for guests at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to safety protocols, policies, and procedures. Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces (restrooms, offices, dining areas, hallways) through tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window washing, and trash disposal. Approach tasks with a commitment to safety. Report any incidents, safety concerns, or violations promptly, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Communicate effectively with management regarding any health, safety, or welfare issues affecting guests, crew, or facilities. Strive to reduce environmental impact in all operations. Uphold the values of respect and hospitality in interactions with both internal and external guests. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience in cleaning and maintenance roles. Availability for a flexible work schedule. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, rotate, and reach frequently. Proficient in safely navigating stairs and ladders. Competence in maneuvering within confined spaces on the vessel. Must maintain balance on a docked vessel while performing various duties. Problem-solving skills for basic repairs. Adaptability to various temperatures, weather conditions, and noise levels. Maintain a tidy and professional appearance.
