Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our client sites, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including Security Officers and Lead Officers
  • Ensure compliance with post orders, established rounds, and required reports
  • Notify authorities and clients in emergency situations
  • Coach and discipline personnel as needed, seeking advice from management as required
  • Train Security Officers and other personnel on post orders and assignments
  • Assist with payroll and personnel information submission
  • Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions
  • Prepare and submit various reports as required
  • Inspect posts and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities
  • Meet with client representatives to provide assurance of security requirements being met and quality customer service
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 6 months of security, military, or law enforcement experience required
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Dept. of Defense Secret security clearance
  • Strong customer service and results orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, at various social levels and across diverse cultures
Working Conditions

This role requires the physical and mental capacity to perform effectively all essential functions. The demands of the job include maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations. May be exposed to stressful situations, such as challenging individuals who are in or approaching an unauthorized area.
