We are seeking a Vehicular Services Director to join our team at Clean Harbors. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our maintenance shop, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and maintaining accurate service and parts records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize fleet efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain comprehensive records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Serve as a liaison between maintenance teams and other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in diesel engine maintenance and repair.
- Proven track record of success in supervisory or management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and physical examination.
