Asphalt Paving Laborer

John A. DiRocco General Contractors Inc. is a commercial asphalt company seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Asphalt Laborers and Asphalt Equipment Operators. • Operate heavy equipment such as milling machines, pavers, and rollers
• Perform labor tasks including milling clean up, asphalt lute, and sweeping
• Work safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and safe worksite

• At least 1 year of professional experience in the asphalt field or heavy equipment operation
• Valid/clean PA driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Compensation and benefits are based on position and experience. Top shop rate paid. Full-time positions with 48+ hours per week, competitive pay, full health, dental, and benefits available, paid vacation time, paid holidays, and 401K plans.
