About the Role

Mankato Clinic is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant or LPN to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide compassionate care to patients, assist with daily operations, and support our physicians and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with patient visits, greeting, rooming, and educating patients
  • Perform core nursing functions as needed, including administering medications and documenting patient data
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our Electronic Health Record system
  • Participate in daily operations, including scheduling and communicating updates as needed
Requirements
  • Current LPN license or degree/diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant Program
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Ability to utilize computer for daily work
  • Patient-centered, accountability, teamwork, integrity, and excellence
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Medical Assistant certification or registration
