Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team at Wayfair. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment, including order pickers, reach trucks, and scanning technology, to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including order pickers, reach trucks, and scanning technology, to locate and pick orders in the Warehouse Management System.
  • Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received properly and that detailed descriptions are provided for any Overage/Shortage/Damage issues.
  • Accurately identify units for storage or shipment.
  • Be comfortable with heights and repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.
  • Read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you.
  • Meet the minimum requirements of at least 18 years old and 6 months of cherry picker/forklift experience.
