Acreage Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dispensary Associate to join our team. As a key member of our dispensary staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating patients about our products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Interaction: Greet patients and caregivers, verify eligibility, and assist with member intake and renewal procedures.
- Product Education: Advise and educate patients about our products, including safe dosage and usage.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, cash management, and daily/weekly tasks.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding phone and in-person customer service, responding to questions and concerns.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, perform administrative tasks, and contribute to a clean and safe environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Extended standing, walking, bending, and reaching, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
