Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Home Health Care Professional. As a RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs

  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
