Senior Laboratory Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Chemist to join our team at MNZING NORTH AMERICA. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing data, and developing new products.

• Conduct Laboratory Tests: Perform standard laboratory and applications testing to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
• Analyze Data: Accurately record and interpret data from laboratory tests to inform product development and improvement.
• Develop New Products: Collaborate with commercial leaders and sales teams to understand market needs and develop new products that meet customer requirements.
• Communicate Results: Effectively communicate project updates and results to supervisors, peers, and customers.
• Manage Laboratory Workflow: Manage laboratory workflow for multiple, concurrent development and applications projects.

• Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years relevant experience working as a chemist in an R&D environment or related applications area.
• Skills: Strong data observation and interpretation skills, computer skills, math aptitude, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment, strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

This is a full-time position that requires working in a lab environment. The successful candidate will be able to stand for long periods of time at a bench performing tasks and lift objects that are less than or equal to 30 lbs.
