Server Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Applebee's. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and drinks.
• Interact with guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Relay orders to the service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system.
• Observe guests and respond to any additional requests.
• Present the guest check to each table and accept payment, making correct change and/or completing the proper charge card procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, and pick up debris off the floor.
• Transports plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Transports glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours.
