About the Role

You will partner with leadership across functions to provide strategic HR support, manage day-to-day HR needs, and lead key HR programs in talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and culture transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and COEs to provide high-impact HR solutions, supporting critical processes like workforce planning, compensation reviews, and performance management.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, guiding the change management process and communicating proactive strategies for employee retention and engagement, succession planning.
  • Partner with Global Talent Development to enhance business and technical capabilities, focusing on knowledge enhancement, career growth, and leadership development.
  • Work with Leaders and the Talent Acquisition COE to identify and staff critical roles, building organizational capabilities and bench strength.
  • Champion ID&E efforts, collaborating with HR and leadership to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Use HR data to drive decision-making, measure progress, and provide insights to stakeholders.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
