Cannabis Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Jars Cannabis. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify customer age requirements and register new customers in the POS system
• Check customer purchasing allotments through the POS system
• Promote the Jars brand and engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Assist with curbside and online orders as needed
• Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette
• Provide customers with information about products, store hours, and daily specials
• Emphasize the Jars Loyalty Program and other promotions
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Support store management with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or sales environment
• 1 year of administrative experience, preferably as a Front Desk Receptionist
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced retail cannabis dispensary environment
• Frequent contact with patients and staff
