About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Farrar Corporation in Norwich, KS.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our foundry equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and electronic issues, and ensuring safe operation of forklifts and other mobile equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, electronics, and automation systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
- A salary range of $58,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
