Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join their team in Concord, North Carolina.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. As a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit.
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
