Job Title: Cardiac Catheterization Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Catheterization Nurse to join our team at Unavailable. As a Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting in all assigned duties related to cath lab procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care and patient assessment during all phases of cardiac cath lab procedures, including preparation and recovery.
- Assist in all assigned duties related to cath lab procedures under the direction of the invasive cardiologist.
- Participate as a circulator, surgical scrub assistant, and monitor and process hemodynamic data.
- Direct and coordinate members of the care team, focusing on the provision of individualized quality patient care consistent with organizational values.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years full-time experience in an acute care setting within the last three years in either critical care unit, coronary care, post cardiac surgery, emergency room department, interventional cardiac, or radiology catheterization laboratory.
- Must be licensed by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
- Current AHA BLS card required. ACLS and PALS required.
- McKesson Hemodynamics QSIGHT inventory management and current image archiving system within six months of employment.
- LA City Fire Card required within 90 days of hire.
