Job Description

Our goal is to ensure our community has consistent and reliable connectivity for work, leisure, and other activities. As a Wireless Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in our initiative and deliver exceptional results for our consumers and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential, current, and former customers in person to provide a comprehensive understanding of our clients' wireless products and services.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers to understand their telecommunications needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on promotions and discounts offered by our client and upsell services when appropriate.
  • Manage sales contracts and confidential customer information in our POS system.
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines and represent the brand professionally at all times.
  • Collaborate with fellow Wireless Sales Trainees to track customer engagement trends and campaign data.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers, clients, and teammates.
  • A professional demeanor and the ability to foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new wireless products and services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
