We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Finisher to join our team in Duluth, Minnesota. This role involves working with a variety of materials and equipment to achieve high-quality finishes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying primer, basecoat, and clear coat to aircraft exterior surfaces using various techniques and equipment. They will also be involved in maintaining and cleaning paint booths, part holding fixtures, and paint application equipment.

What You'll Do
  • Apply primer, basecoat, and clear coat to aircraft exterior surfaces using cup gun, pressure pot, or Graco P-Mix machine.
  • Mix coating systems, using catalyst, accelerants, and reducing solvents.
  • Regulate paint sprayer width and pressure according to manufacturer's technical process instructions.
  • Identify, repair, and troubleshoot paint defects.
  • Maintain and clean paint booth, part holding fixtures, and paint application equipment.
