OBGYN Midwife Hospitalist Opportunity at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital

Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies is seeking a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for diverse members of our central Florida community. As a member of our OBGYN Hospitalist team, you will provide clinical coverage 24/7, including Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Gynecology, and Obstetrical Triage Department.

Highlights of the Opportunity
  • Flexible monthly schedule of 14 clinical twelve-hour shifts (variable shifts) in a calendar month.
  • Ability to pick up additional shifts. No on-call.
  • Work in an acute care environment where you are truly a member of a care team.
  • Join a team that provides clinical coverage 24/7, including Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Gynecology, and Obstetrical Triage Department.

  • Excellent compensation package with base compensation competitive to the local market based on years of experience, plus night shift differential, plus annual performance incentive, plus annual merit increases.

Our hospital's 350 beds include 142 neonatal intensive care beds, making it one of the largest neonatal intensive care units in the United States. As a Regional Perinatal Intensive Care Hospital for Florida, high-risk obstetrical patients and their infants are referred to our specialists. A two-story sky bridge connects us to Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, allowing for easy patient transport and efficient sharing of physician and diagnostic resources.
