About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at AccentCare, Inc. as a Hospice Aide. As a Hospice Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of end-of-life care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with daily living activities.
  • Assist with medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and other medical procedures as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and goals.
  • Document patient information, including progress notes and vital signs, in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Current CNA licensure in the state of Rhode Island.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
