Key Responsibilities- Inspect Raw Materials: Validate the quality of purchased raw materials based on set acceptance criteria.
- Maintain ISO Standards: Ensure that raw parts meet ISO standards and maintain proper handling of inspection tools.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records to ensure ISO compliance and prepare for regular ISO audits.
- Inventory Management: Receive and process inventory records, inspection documents, and other applicable documentation in coordination with the QA department.
- Equipment Operation: Operate precision tooling, including torque wrenches, scales, measuring tapes, calipers, and multimeters.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming material with micrometers for size and defects, and utilize standard measuring equipment to verify quality.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess thorough knowledge of quality policies, procedures, and technical data.
- Software Proficiency: Ability to work within various software applications utilized throughout the corporation.
- Education and Experience: 3 total years of education and experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of technical experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of inspection and certification processes, ESD and IPC-A-610 knowledge a plus.
- Language: English (en-US)
