Job Opportunity

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Design and implement ABA curriculum plans, reviewing and updating them regularly
  • Develop behavior intervention plans to address client needs
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Review and analyze ABA data to inform program changes
  • Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Licensure with the state of Utah licensing board as an LBA
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing ABA therapy
  • Ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting positive outcomes
