Job Title: Independent Sales Representative - Southern Illinois

Stine Seed Company, a leading national seed company, is seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to join our team in Edwards County, Illinois.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially with a reputable company in the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Stine seed products and services.
  • Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales.
  • Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory.
  • Work closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and potential customers.
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision to meet established goals.

Preference will be given to candidates with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values.
