The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $211,650 - $273,900 , which includes base salary and commissions (60/40 split).
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential customers.
- You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within a territory of enterprise accounts.
- You will identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
- You will present and demonstrate our range of Client and End User Solutions and IT services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the assigned customer/prospect base.
- You will collaborate with internal teams, including the extended sales team, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- You will negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
- You will demonstrate an ability to create business value and deliver financial justifications that further account growth.
- You will stay up to date with PC industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
- You will possess technical aptitude and a technical product understanding to insure credibility with executives and technical evaluators.
- You will develop and execute a sales strategy to positively impact revenue through direct sales and channel partnerships.
- You will provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on PCs and IT services.
- Proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprises and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and the challenges faced by large organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
