Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored patient care during one-on-one sessions for both initial assessments and follow-up treatments.
- Design and execute effective rehabilitation plans aligned with patient objectives and requirements.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and periodic re-evaluations.
- Remain informed about the latest trends in rehabilitation and evidence-based methodologies.
- Engage in continuous staff training and participate in a nurturing mentorship program.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, holding a DPT, MSPT, or MPT degree.
- Possession of a New Hampshire State License or eligibility for licensure in New Hampshire prior to employment commencement.
- Applicants must hold BLS certification.
