POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary role of the Service Drive Greeter is to ensure that customers receive outstanding service during their vehicle drop-off and pick-up experiences. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with strong communication abilities to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome customers as they arrive at the service drive.
  • Guide customers to the correct Service Advisor.
  • Facilitate the smooth flow of vehicles in the service drive area.
  • Document vehicle conditions through photographs.
  • Assist Service Advisors in collecting vehicle details and mileage.
  • Support the management of loaner vehicles.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service drive and vehicle reception area.
  • Provide customers with directions within the dealership and introduce them to other service team members.
  • Park vehicles as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively with other dealership staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Possession of a valid in-state driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Must be insurable and maintain safe driving practices.
  • Demonstrated integrity and teamwork.
  • Professional appearance and conduct are essential.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.
