Travel Nursing Opportunity in Med/Surg 6 Front

Epic Travel Staffing is a renowned healthcare staffing agency offering top-notch travel nursing opportunities. As a Travel RN - Med/Surg 6 Front, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Shift Details: The shift is primarily at night, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with a total of 36 hours per week. This opportunity is available for a period of 13 weeks.
Requirements:
- A valid VA or Compact license is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital setting is required.
- Candidates must pass our Basic Rhythm test.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is necessary.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification is also required.
- Prior experience on Medical Surgical units is highly preferred.
- Excellent patient focus is desirable.

- EMR system: Meditech
- Patient Ratios: 5 to 6 patients per nurse
- Type of equipment: EKG machines, code carts, Welch Allyn vital machines, vascular Doppler, wound vacs, Cultura Link interpreting services, Carescape monitors for rhythm monitoring at bedside when administering push meds such as metoprolol

Compensation:
The estimated weekly gross income for this position is $1825. Pay rate is based on qualifications and experience. This opportunity is open to travel positions only, with a minimum distance of 50 miles from the permanent address.
