Studio Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to join our team at F45 Training CP007120. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts, as well as providing guidance and direction to our studio staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage sales and operational budgets to drive financial growth and increase gross margins
  • Develop and execute a marketing plan to increase fitness membership sales and promote the health and wellness benefits of our studio
  • Ensure all front desk systems and studio practices are adhered to, including member check-in, payment handling, and customer care
  • Recruit, hire, train, and deliver the onboarding program for all staff
  • Maintain and grow the total membership base and oversee all aspects of the membership sales process
  • Drive client referral program and increase studio conversion rate
  • Maintain top-notch cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the studio and inventory
  • Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism
  • Ensure studio branding by adhering to company guidelines and values
  • Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations, staff, and overall studio performance
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of proven sales leadership in the Health & Fitness industry
  • Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
  • 3+ years of management experience, including staff management
  • Outstanding customer service, communication, organizational, and written skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with Studio Owner, Sales Associates, and clients
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office programs, MindBody Online, Loyalsnap, and various media platforms
