We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a PRN/Part Time provider. As a Nurse Practitioner with Matrix Medical Network, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, conducting comprehensive health assessments and providing personalized care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess patients' health and well-being

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current RN and NP licensure in state of practice
